No. You get a flat price agreed before any work starts. If you ask for something extra outside that scope, we'll talk about it and agree a price first. Never a surprise invoice after the fact.
No jargon, no assumed knowledge. Everything's explained in plain English from the first message through to handover, and you're never left to figure things out on your own.
No lock-in contract, and no bill shock either. Small changes like text, prices or a photo swap are usually done quickly and for free. If you want regular updates or a bit more support, optional maintenance plans are available, but they're never required.
Hosting is typically free. The only cost you'll usually have is your domain name (roughly $20 to $40 a year), unless you choose an optional maintenance plan on top.
It depends on the package, but most Starter and Standard sites are turned around in days to a couple of weeks thanks to modern build tools.
